2003 clk 320
i need help with my clk320

i have a 2003 clk 320 with 149000mi. it was driving fine until this day. i was driving on the freeway, accelerated to change lane then my car lost power esp malfunction light turned on, engine dies. i had to glide it to the shoulder. started the engine once, it died again, second time it turned on with no malfunction or even a check engine light. i was able to drive it for about 90mi at about 80mi/hr( i just drove easy no sudden acceleration). when i got to a stop light coming out of freeway my engine died again and the red big battery sign turned on. in less than 10 sec put it in parked and started the car, the car was drivable, didnt try to accelerate hard until i reached home. i can still start the car with no problem but check engine light is turned on. i also noticed some malfunction on my a/c, when you turn on the auto climate control it dose not turn off when u push on it again. any ideas whats going on? i have an appointment with MB tomorrow just want to have an idea so that they wont try to tip me off lol. thanks
