Update: got the #2 pad. Oem CLK550 is a #3-read the stock ones. Car should be done 2 day

Sorry to bump an old thread. I am a little confused, so basically if I get H&R lower springs and 19 inch wheels and #1 pads will it look like the first picture or is there other stuff done to the suspension (I ask this because dynomite05 said "H&R Springs (1.4"F 1.3"R)/Bilstein HD" Does not having the bilstein HDs made a big difference in ride hight?
Anyone have more pics of how there CLKs look with lowering springs?
