Will these wheels fit CLK350?

I have some 18" AMG wheels off my C63 and wondered if they would fit my wife's CLK350?

I am worried about the offset.

They are the stock 18" AMG wheels, which I assume are these:

18x8 et45
18x9 et54

Atleast that seems to be what I found online as the stock dimensions. They look identical to the ones on BadDebts car above.

Mine are replicas with proper w209 offset. You would need spacers for the oem.
