did you have the rest of the system checked when the refrigerant was replaced?

It wasn't done at the dealer or anything. There is no leak but for some reason the damn thing keeps blowing hot air. If I don't find a fix ill end up taking it to the dealer by the end of this week cause I have summer classes on top of 100 degree weather. Just went to my car and the dash read 102

Have you checked to see if the clutch is engaged on the compressor?

Check fuses also.

Sorry I don't know the fuse. Check the owners manual for the type and location. Good luck.

this might be a stupid question but did you hit the a/c rest button? This would turn the a/c off light you are talking about and the a/c would just blow air

No I did not hit the button, it went off by itself and I tried to find a way to reset it but no luck yet

Whoever recharged may not have put the right amount in. Was it done professionally? Did they add oil as well? Was it the right amount? Did they even charge on the right side?

There's several variables to consider here. Have you checked to see if the clutch is engaged yet? If its not, It's not charged properly. How about the fuses?

There is no reset (easy button) for the air. Sorry

The computer might be shutting of the a/c to prevent damage
