need some help with wheels

i am looking into getting a new set of wheels and was looking at the tsw valencias.

http://www.wheelstudio.com/view-whee...l/vehicle-2898

i know i have to get 5x112 and they say the fronts are 19x8 with 32 mm offset and the rears 19x9.5 with 40 mm offset. would these offsets be ok with my 05 clk? right now i have on a set of black powdercoated st160s from sonictuning but with the roads here in nj i have chipped and bent pretty much all 4 and looking to get another in black. any comments would be appreciated.

Not sure about the rears, but the front should clear. I must be one lucky person because I have yet to bend a rim on these roads.

fronts should clear fine. i think stock is et32 up front or some mm around there. i think 40 might be too close in the rear. you might wanna look into getting spacers. i do have a pair of 12mm or 10mm spacers in a box in my garage that didnt work well in the front (stupid mistake on my part) but work well in the rear (i bought two pairs, and only ended up using one).

i think any offset between 23-37 should work.
