CLK 350 MODS?!!??!!
So I just bought a clk350...and obviously i immediately want to get some wrench time in but what i dont understand and why i cant find any good and/or reliable online or local mercedes parts stores.....
where does everyone get their mods from???
Like headlights? tail lights? steering wheels? heads? headers? cosmetic ****?

Mods are scattered around everywhere. You could try ebay for a lot of stuff, The W209 doesn't have a huge aftermarket.
Headlights- Only real upgrade is xenon if you don't have it already. You could find them on eBay or here on the board.
Tails- Only real upgrade are the LED tails which you could find on eBay.
Steering Wheel- You could find some on eBay or get one custom made with a sponsor here on the board.
Headers- I wouldn't spend money on headers for the 350, you could put the money towards something else.
Cosmetic- All over the place, narrow down what you want and search. Almost everything has been done and is documented here.

Yeah im new at this **** the last car i had was a suburu and mods were so easy to find. What about like powerchips turbo addon kits?
Can I even convert my motor to handle a turbo?!?!

You will come to realize that MB is unlike many brands. Every mod that makes serious power is a lot of $$$. You could go with a tune from one of the big companies like Renntech or Kleeman, or go with some smaller companies like speedtuning or eurocharged for less $$.
Turbos or SCs are just a waste of money for that motor.

if your young like us first scrap the wood trim - go with carbon fiber or at least wrap it if you want to do it cheap - if you go to a local upholstry shop they work with a company that will redo the wood for you 400-700 bucks WELL WORTH IT this will change the whole appearance of your car from GRANDPA to yours (No offense to Grandpa's)!!! at least get the amg spoiler ebay painted like 75-100 bucks, new rims (I wont even drive a car until I change the shoes) 19 or 20's you can put the slotted/holes rotors and ceramic pads on for like 200.00 ebay, change the grill to the single blade with mess backing 120-140 ebay. tint windows (I do limo) dual exhaust 400-1000 HID lights 35.00 ebay change all lights to match (6000k is the easiest to color match with the T10 syle bulbs) can be a pain if you go with a blue/darker color cause then you cant match up all the lights our cars will limit the bubs u can use it will turn up a code on dash. That stuff is all a good start, and performance mods is a waist of time cause you bought the wrong model for speed but that car will still get you a speeding ticket with no problem

Funny you would say that cuz i was thinking the same thing carbon fiber and black for the interior....wing...deff quad exhaust my thing is what should i go about the back bumper cut away or go buy one ?????
also i keep hearing about a power chip for my car?? any one ever expirement with this?
i also wanted to know what id be looking at if i wanted a new steering wheel with long shift paddle shifters right now I dont have it
