Sorry to hear about the issues. I did not have any problems with my set. As I did not install them myself, I did not have any knowledge of the adapter/plug fitment problem.

I recommend you contacting the seller ASAP. The phone number of the business is on top of the shipping box. I will also contact the seller and advise him of the situation.

I really think most of my issues with the light was missing some of the simple things just due to my lack of experience installing lights. Total install time with the girlfriend helping was about 2hrs. In my case, the light problem was fixed in 2 minutes once I knew what I was looking for. I think knowing more what I was getting into before installing them would have helped. The install was much easier than I thought and honestly, pretty enjoyable for me. Only thing left is re-aiming the headlights, as my driveway was on an angle when I did it so they shine a bit too high. It does completely change the feel of driving at night and the look of the car. I would give the kit a 4 out of 5 (5 being best).

I agree with the previous poster....The problems seem quite minor....and they look fantastic and provide much better lighting than the stock halogens....even with philips x-treme halogen bulbs.....

Bheng, I thought u live in SF? I got my lights installed when they fixed my bumper screw holes, total price was $500 out the door. The body shop's name is Chilton in San Francisco. It's on Wisconsin St, between 16th/17th St. Tell them Randy from Octane referred you there for a discount. I'm sure they can help you install them for a decent price, don't want no headache with self installation.

Octane on 10th St. in SF, specializes in Mercedes maintenance/repair only. They are factory trained and use factory parts, except they don't charge the dealer prices, slightly lower. Good place to do your service A & B maintenance. Very professional staff, stop by there and you will see all models of MB there. Randy is the owner of the shop.

i do my own service a and b but with other problems i head to winco, my friend on the w203 section recommended them to me. however ive heard of octane as well.

I had a bodyshop that specializes in Mercedes help me install them. If anyone in the SF Bay Area want to use them, let me know.

Totally agree!

I dropped off my 'girl friend with yellowish eyes', had lunch with my wife, then she drove me back to pick up my new girl friend in couple hours, isn't it nice?

In my opinion, you do it yourself ONLY if you are 100% know how to do it, NOT just 'think' you can do it.

I have been doing most of the work myself on all my cars. So I know what I'm doing when installing these lights just one screw that was hidden, I needed help finding. But yes they are really nice but it looks like everyone is having the same issues on driver side. Today I experienced something else. The left front signal is out but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I took a look at the bulb, and its fine.

Just installed the LED city lights & bumper side markers. Got both of them in 8000K since they don't have it in 6000K. Got tired of seeing the yellow citylights and side markers. Now the lights all match up, just need xenon foglights next.

It was very difficult to install the city lights, with the help of my wife who has much smaller hands/fingers, she was able to squeeze in the tight space. Word of advice for those that haven't installed the projector headlights yet, get your LED's in there now.

I don't think it makes fiscal sense to upgrade high beams to HID. It's very rare that I utilize my high beams. With the HID low beams and fog lights, I don't see the need to ever use the high beams, unless my low beams fail on me somehow while driving at night.

Plus it's not like you are going to drive at night with your HID high beams & HID low beams on right? That's just asking to get pulled over by the cops for blinding other motorists.
