Looking for a C55 or CLK55
Price on 08' or 09' CLK550 in Nor Cal
I've been a long time lurker here and finally I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a 08' or 09' CLK550. I found this car (I know showing the link means someone could snag it but really want to know what people think)
http://www.newportcoastauto.com/inve...#request-info"
They are willing to do $35.5K plus tax for an 09' with 10K Miles
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance . . .

2009 CLK 550---2008 BMW 335i--2006 SLK 350----1996 Acura NSX ---- 2000 CLK convertible---1997 BMW M3
I think that's a good deal! I recently bought my 2009 CLK 550 a few months back and I paid a little more than that, but I have navigation on mine and my car color is silver. I wouldn't have bought it if it was white color, but that's just my preference. My car was certified pre-owned at a Mercedes dealership. I got a good interest rate of 3.9% for 60 months from Mercedes financial.
I think you should buy it.

I sort of like the White. You don't see that many in White although some might argue it's a "girls color". With some CLK63 rims, carbon inserts on the trim that White on Black combo could look very cool.
Thanks for the input . . . .I may fly down this weekend to check it out.

2 years and 10k miles later and it drops over $25k? Put it like this, the previous owner paid over $1000/month driving 5k miles/year for 2 years. That's a lot. I'd say take it before someone else does.
White being a girl's color is subjective to the car, style, and accessories. There are many things you can add to make it look aggressive.

I bought my '08 a year ago with 10k miles. The window sticker is still in the glove box. Someone paid $70k for the car, drove it only 5k a year, and I get it for $40k + Tax two years later. It still smelled new inside when I bought it. This is why I always buy used.
I think it's a pretty good deal. Mine is a Cab and has Navi, so you pay a little more.
