insanity

My radio went out yesterday and I have been searching the forums and can't seen to find a accurate answer for the problem. I've read that changing fuse 26 in the fuse box located in the driver side will some times fix the issue. Well... I can't seem to find this fuse box located some where around the driver side. Can any one tell me where this 3rd fuse box is located.

It should be beside the Steering wheel, there is a plastic piece that comes off

The removable panel is the left end of the dashboard. Lever out the end closest to you, unsnap and pull towards you.
