My CLK has 185,000 miles. What now?
Like the title says, my 2003 CLK has 185,000 miles and is coming up for its next service. Is there anything specific I need to look for at this amount of mileage?

In addition to regular change of oil, air filter, pollen filter, I would try to follow these maintenance schedules:
Fuel filter Every 100K KM
Spark plugs Every 100K KM
Transmission fluid Every 60K KM
Brake fluid Every 2 years
Coolant Every 2 years
Fuel filter Every 100K KM

Did you do the special 155,000 mile service? If not, you are 30K miles overdue, and that could be a BIG problem! Check here for details:

The stock coolant is for 15 years I think

Not sure I believe that the coolant would last 15 years.
I changed the coolant 2 years ago when my car was 5 years old. At the time, my MB service advisor said the same thing but I asked them to change it anyway. I asked them to check it 2 months ago at an oil change and both level and concentration were OK.
Same for the transmission fluid. Although the service advisor said it would last the lifetime of the car, I asked them to do a partial flush last year. I did feel an improvement in shifting after the change.

-I have never changed the transmission fluid in the car.
-I have changed motor mounts twice, transmission mounts once.
- I took it for maintenance whenever the car said to go
-My alternator went bad at 70,000 miles.
-My command unit navigation went bad and mercedes wanted over 1k to fix. So I got an aftermarket pioneer, 2 new doorspeakers and a subwoofer for 800 installed lol
-Passenger Airbag sensor went bad on me twice earlier under warranty and now sometimes doesn't work. (Apparently this is common in all coupes because of the seat going up and down constantly?)
-Both rear window regulators went bad each one is 600 to fix at around 165,000
-Trunk started to leak (used silicone glue that I bought at Walmart to fix it for 5 bucks)
- Sometimes my right headlamp doesn't come on (don't know why)
-My door actuator on my passenger side went bad needed to be changed at around 145,000
-Front passenger seat doesn't move front or back ( local mercedes mechanic says it will cost 100 bucks to fix.)
- Needed new gasket covers at around 165,000
- Catalyic converter went bad at around 165,000 miles
These are all the problems the car has had over its lifetime that I can think of. I don't think its that many for 185,000 miles
