Man....why are you guys has such a hard time determined which car it belong too. I know for a fact that you have try these lip on the post-2006 models Clk350 and Clk550 and both owner said that it didn't fit. I don't know what the issue with the Clk350 owner has when he installed it. But for the Clk550, like I said, it can be easily fix just as long as the middle lip curves line line up with the middle bumper curves line. Looking at your pics, the design has one main feature that I know it belong to the post-2006 bumper. That feature is the "pointed" center (see red arrow). All the post-2006 Clk models included Clk350, Clk500, Clk55 and Clk550 bumpers all has these feature. So the lip got to belong to one of the post-2006 models I mentioned. Since he gonna ship it back, you might as well ship it to me and I can definitely help you out. I'm doing this for you with no benefit what so ever for me. It will probably gonna take me as least 1.5 hrs to find out for you (jack up the car, remove all the 8 bolts on my lip, try on your lip and then put back my old lip). It alot of work just to help someone I don't even know. Once I'm done, you can meet me half way at I-71 and I-91 to pick up the lip. Btw, I did e-mail you back 2 days ago about the BS spoiler project.

Gary, skip the BS trunk tail, not interested in the chipmunk tail. Make a CF diffuser.

.........................and it fit !!!! Since I don't have a helper, i used double side tapes to help me hold it in place so i can drilled 2 hole. I drilled the middle hole 1st and put a screw in to hold the bumper from moving in any direction. Then drilled the 2nd on the side. When I screwed in the side, everything line up good. There's still about 1/4 gap on the side top just like my old lip. The only way to fix the gap is to do what I did, I used J-B weld to re-enforce of the lip on mine. Then drill another hole near the top of the lip, use selt taping screw to pull in the plastic bumper to close up the gap.

Thanks !!!! But only if the Clk63 BS spoiler deal goes throught, right?
I'm having second thought about the CLK63 BS spoiler deal, Gary. To destroy the OEM for a couple copied. I need a week to think about it more.
I also don't like driving around for weeks without the spoiler, it look funny.
