rear headrest don't move-top wont move HELP
I pressed the button for the rear headrests to go up. Now they are stuck all the way up so it won't let me put the roof down......
Any suggestions please!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm confused, you have a button to actually raise the rear head restraints? The head restraints on the W209 are manually raised, but can be lowered either with the button on the dash or by operating the soft top. If yours are stuck in the raised position, they must be lowered manually. Unfortunately, if the soft top is closed, you MUST lower it manually BEFORE manually lowering the rear head restraints. It's a complicated procedure. Your owner's manual will have instructions for manually raising the soft top, but you can follow them in reverse to lower it manually. Once you do that, follow the instructions also in the owner's manual for lowering the head restraints.
