Upgrading head unit/amp in CLK

I'm looking to replace my non-COMAND head unit in my 2007 CLK with a Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT. Does anybody know the bare minimum "other stuff" I need to make this happen? For instance, I am pretty sure I need to replace the amp with a non-fiber amp. Other than that, anything else needed? Does the amp need to be of a specific type? I think I read somewhere about needing the ability to support 2ohm speakers. How many channels are necessary? Basically looking for the cheapest, decent amp solution. Thanks...

I have the Pioneer F90BT, I prefer to have a volume knob. I installed 2 Eclipse amps, with dedicated amp for my sub. I had the system professionally installed along with all the hardware needed to interact with the car. Total cost was $350 for the install.

Steering Wheel Interface (if you want to retain), Antenna Amp, Dash kit. You don't have the 2 ohm speakers unless you have the HK upgrade.
