Where is the location of the second small batter under the hood of MB clk 230, 2003?

top left corner under the hood . There's a plastic cover on top of it

FYI, there is no "second" battery on the CLK. It has one main vehicle battery where Ahmad pointed out. There is no "consumer battery" like on the W211 E-Class. There is a backup battery built into the ATA (alarm) horn. It's located in front of the left side wheel well.
