Ah that's rights, it's not CF
Visit VIS Racing homepage or call them. They might make CF diffusor for dual tip exhaust.

I had already checked:

The other thought I had was to buy Quad exhaust CF and some kind of CF looking tape and do something like this photoshopped picture:



That way when or if I do a quad conversion I wont have to buy another diffuser.

Thoughts?

I do, I do...but it seem like more of a cosmetic mod than anything. I'd rather spend my money on an ECU tune next.
The cost of and locating the right tips and muffler, finding the right muffler shop, which setup to go with, all seem like a headache.

I'd like the exhaust to be only slightly louder than stock and freer flowing.
