2005 clk 320 cabrio loud engine
My 05 clk320 engine sounds kinda loud whenever I accelerate. Not sure if its normal, just sounds louder than im used to. I've search and found clk500 loud engine and fan noise, but nothing on clk320. Is it just me or is it normal. There's no distinct noise like ticking or whining, just loud like a high rev engine sound.

turns out a pulley on the AC komp. that needed a change and the sound was gone.
check your timing belt, engine pulleys, V belt, water pump(but that wont increase when speeding up i guess)... it might me many things...
take it to ur local dealer for ease of mind & better stop guessing ... it might be something he can directly spot.
