How to remove phone docking in the center console?

How to remove phone docking in the center console?
Hey!
Just bought a Mercedes CLK 200 Kompressor (It's priced like an AMG i Norway
)
All though I promised myself I did not need to upgrade or change anything on this car, there is something about that old crappy phone dock that is bugging me.
I just received a new cover without a docking, so I'm ready to go.
So my question is; How do I removed the cover on the picture?
PS: The picture is fram google, not from my car (:

I believe if you remove the center stack panels and radio, and the glove compartment door, you can remove that part with just a few screws holding it in place. I can't remember, but you may need to loosen the center console, but not remove it completely to access on of the screws.
