Wiper motor replacement
Trying to replace my wiper motor but having trouble getting to it. Does anyone have or know where I can find any instructions for the replacement of the motor? Also how to line up the wipers after the install?
Thanks!!!

You have to remove the entire wiper system. First, remove the wiper arms, then the water collector from under the hood, then remove the wiper linkage:

That water collector is one tough piece of plastic!
Hi Rodney,
I know this thread is more than three years old, but I had my wipers park in the middle position of my windshield yesterday. Since my wipers do sweep the windshield completely, I'm ruling out a bad motor and am attempting to adjust the wiper system to the proper park position (as described in this thread).
Like Bengholm, I am having trouble removing the water collector; specifically step 10 "Press water collector off the windshield frame". Press? Really? Where? Now I haven't removed the paneling off the outside of the A pillar, but I don't see how it interferes with the water collector. It seems like the water collector is glued to the windshield -- even in the middle of the windshield away from the A pillar paneling.
I don't feel any clips where I can fit my hand under the water collector, so I'm at a loss. Any more tips? Should I try using a wedge from the windshield down?
Thanks,
Vin

There is an aluminum channel the runs the length of the windshield that has a groove in it. The plastic rain catcher has a corresponding ridge that snaps into the groove of the channel. Once you get one end started you can peel it up.
