Nav Buttons Issue

Has anyone had issues with the # buttons on the Nav unit sticking. My bottom row is extremely hard to press and the 0 and * take forever to come back up.

Any good ideas on what to use to get them to loosen up?

Just guessing - somebody splashed a drink if some kind there once, and it seeped behind the keys and dried. You could try just a bit of like silcone spray around one key, and press it a few times and see if it helps.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
I might try a can of compressed air (i.e. computer keyboard cleaner) first. If you do spray with a silicon lubricant or contact cleaner, I'd follow that with the compressed air just to help rid any residue.

You also might ask if those who have removed their comand for one reason or another if the faceplate removes easily so maybe you can see behind the buttons.
