Do you guys get static IP addresses?
As far as I know all world IPv4 addresses have run out so I hardly think that dude has a static IP. Maybe some of your ISP already have transitioned to IPv6?
Long story short, MBworld admins can ban him but as long as his IP changes or he goes through a proxy they can't do sh*t. Just look at badblack-> c552slick.

I kinda liked badblack; I think I may have learned a thing or two occasionally from his posts. I don't know squat about IP addresses, but my on-line banks are always asking me security questions because they don't recognize my computer, so I assume it's dynamic....
