Looking into a CLK55

I'm looking into buying a CLK55 and need some advice. It's an 05 and has 64k miles. What should I expect in terms of maintenance for its mileage? I also spotted some work that needs to be done on the car:
Front rotors need replacement
Rear brake pads
Valve cover leak
Heated seat button doesnt work
Steering wheel column doesnt move
Having mentioned these issues how much can I bargain off the price? And is it worth trading in my 05 clk320 with 44k miles on it?
Thanks a ton
I'm assuming if you can trade-in its a dealer. No chance of them fixing the items? Couple of them wouldn't pass an MVI.
IMHO I would pass... and search on.

The 05' CLK AMG is the best year (I'm a little biased
). All the final updates and huge brakes. Sadly the convert didn't get the quad exhausts.I bought my coupe for about the same price at 48K miles.
Those front brakes are going to be EXPENSIVE, I think the cheapest rotors we found are ~$450/each.
Rear pads shouldn't be too much $$
The valve cover leak is a known issue. Can do it yourself for ~$30/ each side but its a bit of a pain. My mechanic quoted me $300 for everything.
The rest of if I can't help you with other than check the fuses. There is a fuse box in the driver-side front and driver-side rear. There was a little fuse diagram in the driver-side of the dash on mine (little panel pops open if you have the door open). You have basically the same car you should know where they're at :P
Its a nice step from a 320 but not a HUGE jump, in my opinion. Only 662 were made
