Forced induction CLK probably means a 500 or 55. The 550 can be supercharged but I have not found any specifically for the M273 engine in the 550.
The little investigating I've done (clk550) left me with the option of a unique supercharged config that I would have to detune once a year to pass emissions testing. That was too much hassle for me.

For us int he states, there is no forced-induction CLK. Other countries got the CLK180/200/230 Kompressor, but not us. There are "balance shaft" issues with the CLK350, but the potential for that can easily be checked by VIN (search for balance shaft). If you will look fro a MY2008/2009, you'r good - no balance shaft worries and fewer possibilities of transmission problems.

I also don't know how to search this VIN.

It's 2009 CLK 550.
Thank you very much if anyone can help with this.

My carpet is the same color as yours. I got a brand new set of original MB matching carpet mats when I got the car 5 and half years ago. I leave them in all theme, and drive it 365 days a years, snow, black slush and all. Much to my surprise, if I toss them in my basement sink and use a little laundry detergent and hose them off, they literally still look brand new. Not single stain. Those things are made of some sort of miracle fiber.

+1 on original mats. I bought a set for my C-class about 6-7 years ago and installed them on my CLK when i bought it. When i sold my car they were seriously still new. They just need some strong soap to get back the flat black color every couple of weeks.

For summer I use OEM carpet mats and for other seasons I use OEM rubber ones. Perfect fit, good color match, good texture. However it is hard to keep beige carpet clean. Will try stain repellent this year.

I never had issues with the grey in my old car, but I bought some mats off eBay to see how they would fare.
Nice mats, ribbed texture, hard wearing, repellent of dirt and grime, and the fit is perfect. Couldn't be better passenger side is exactly the right shape and fills the footwell right up to the sides to the dash. The rear ones fit nicely too.
Also have the same backing as the Merc mats to prevent them slipping and they are warranted too. Don't think they were more than £20 iirc.
The grey looks quite a contrast to the black carpets, but in reality it isn't, and is actually a nice combo.

For whatever reason, I just don't like rubber mats. The tan mats get dirty, but not as dirty as you might think. I probably fully wash them only twice a year. You'd think a car with nearly white carpet would be crazy, but it isn't really. Plus this the the first convertible I've had with a light headliner. Most are black. I like the overall light, bright, airy feeling of the interior.

I don't care for rubber mats, either. What we have done on our cars with light interiors is to buy black (or other dark color) OEM mats. Another trick is o buy a couple of can of ScotchGard and soak the mats in it to help repel dirt. Finally, pressure washing works for deep cleaning. Heck, I once pulled the entire carpet out of my daughter's car (an old Honda) and pressure washed it.

I'm suspecting that Mercedes-Benz changed fabric on carpets. I didn't get one with the car since previous owner said "it was filthy" and had to buy my own from dealer. The thing is it has different badging than old style I saw online plus fabric has funny feel. Don't like the absence of heel pad. That area is getting killed regardless of dirt.
Rodney, I read before whole story about your daughter's Honda. That was funny. (to read)
