Pull the cover off the rear deck (drivers side) and you'll be able to see the sub, watch it as you're playing tunes and see if it's moving well. Turn the radio off then gently apply pressure to the sub to manually move it a little, listen for scractching sounds.

Hey Kev I notice the sub was working. I also notice when I was listening to music I notice the volume pilot adjuster kept dropping sound then raising then dropping ?? Could this be the cause of low quality sound ?? Can I just disconnect the mic ??

Are you talking about the auto volume feature? If so, I'm pretty sure it's speed sensitive like other cars and not linked up whatsoever with the mobile telephone mic.
