As for the bulbs, I remember mentioning that guys (like me) who go from the pre-facelift tails to the post-facelift, we needed the updated bulb boards/sockets and the signal bulb needs to be changed out to the new style - the old one doesn't fit.

I'm sure I listed the part number in the thread I made, LED tails on white 209, or something like that.

Thats it .

Additionally, you need a different signal light bulb;

7507 (pre-facelift uses 7506)

I appreciate it Kev. I hope i can find those bulb at Autozone so that i dont have to order.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to, if not, MB should have them in stock. I think I paid $6 for mine from MB here in Dubai and they were in stock.

Here they are and one thing that i want to mention too i dont have to bend anything like 03 and 04 to fit the lights in. I remembered Kev said that he didnt need to bend his so i guess anyone with the 05 we dont have to do that ..it fits right in. Also , i was having a trouble with one of the socket from the new panel when i was transferring the old bulbs to that, one of the bulb wont fit in ( smallest bulb) i had to pry out and file it ( see pic #3) . I am very happy with the result...the light tint really looks good with my car color ( pewter silver).

Looks real good Andy, but why did you have to file the board/socket down? Was it a LED connector or bulb that didn't fit?

Kev, it was the bulb . Normally we push it down and turn it right ? But when I pushed it down I couldn't turn it because that metal is not deep enough to hold the bulb so yea I had to pry it out then file . I had to do that on both side .
