Need your opinions: BAD or GOOD

There's one thing that really bother me from day one since I bought the car and that is the NAV screen. The previous owner used some kind of cleaner product to clean the NAV screen and now it look smear and cloudy. I don't know if there's any product out there that can polish the screen to make it clear. If there isn't one, I'm thinking of cover it up with a thin 3m film. I got these idea when I install the 3m film on the foglight to prevent crack. I notices that my foglight len was very cloudy and with many tiny little rock chips all over. But all that disappear and clear up after installed the protective 3m film. Here's the funny, stupid (what ever you want to call me and I'm fine with it) thought, if the film work, I'm think of using the slightly optic blue color film from Lamin-x on the Nav, climate display screen and the 2round instrument cluster. I know these mod can make the car look really degrading. Or it can really bright up the interior like on some aftermarket exotic car maker with orange instrument, Ferrari with yellow and red instrument cluster. I just want your opinions, bad and good. As you all know me, I'm a straight shooter with my opinions and I'm not offended with bad comments. I'm still gonna do if I feel it look nice.

There is a thread in the forum somewhere that explains how to completely remove the damaged anti-glare coating giving the screen a like new appearance.
As for the blue tint film, you said it, "I'm still gonna do if I feel it look nice."

I just ordered the kit retail around $15 and another $15 for shipping. According to the link above, people that try it, said that it work and very happy with the result. You only need the bottle #1 and #2 but I ordered the kit because I want to try the bottle #3 on the headlight too.

I think all Mercede post-2009 models Nav came with internal memory that keep every songs played and if you need more memory and can use the SD card. Beause it got internal momory, I can replay all the songs and video with the disc/Dvd remove. I can also copy all the songs from internal memory to the Disc and play it in my Clk.

I used this product and the result was quite good. The biggest problem is that it's very difficult to apply on the corners
