7 Speed Transmission question 08 CLK350
Thought I start a new thread on this, as I've been unable to ID which VIN's have the substandard valve in the tranny. I'm about to get out from under an 06 CLK350 before it does something hideous, but am looking at an 08 CLK350. It appears the 08 may not have the balance shaft problem, but what about the tranny? Any help would be great as I'm making the decision in the next 24 hours. About ready to bail on all MB's....really unhappy with all this. Thanks very much

i got an 06 500 ... are they prone to this issue too ?? im @ about 92k miles on mine though .... so hopeing if something was going to happen it would of happen by now lol
