Since fishacake is the only one who offers the Depo headlights and LED tails for the W209 i wondering if anyone else is interested in these parts and maybe we could put together a group buy?

This is of course if we will be able to get a company to make them for us.

So if someone could reach out to him and show him this thread that would be great.

I like the plate idea but not the side markers, I just don't feel that the rounded edges of the 209 work well with straight angular edges. As for the plate light, there are error free LED's available for an easy swap aren't there? I haven't looked for any yet but I imagine thee must be...?

 

There are error free LED's yes for the license plate even for the sidemarkers.
Problem is the license plate ones tend to burn after a while and are not as bright as the one in the picture.

And we could do the same shape side marker as OEM just with dotted LED's like the one in the picture in a straight line?!

 

I have ANZ Optics 5000K LED's in my clear side markers and love them, to each their own though. Thanks for the info regarding the late lights, I didn't know they were problematic.

 

i am using canbus led's on my side markers as well. they definitely complete the look of the car
