2005 clk500 rear seat roll/head restraints

Hi all, any time I go over a speed bump too quickly the rear headrests/roll protection deploy and I then have to go to dealer to have them pushed back down as my soft top will not work otherwise. Is there any quick way to disable this feature?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
You have a defective rollover sensor that needs to be replaced. The dealer should have suggested this after the first headrest reset.

Well, it's not a big job, but you know dealers - they will charge plenty. If I had to guess, you're probably looking at $150 in parts and $350 in labor.
