Remove center armrest?
I've got a really annoying rattle coming from somewhere in the center armrest area.
Actually a bit below that - its coming from somewhere underneath the fuzzy side trim piece on the passenger side, the large panel that is oriented vertically and has a "hand grab" of some sort near the rear.
So far I've only figured out how to remove the exposed cupholder by taking out the screw from the bottom. Can't figure out how to get the rest of the stuff disassembled though. ???

I believe there is at least one bolt under some trim inside the storage compartment, maybe two or three. I think you have to pull part of the felt floor up yo get to them. Once that's done, the storage compartment is then held in place by very strong steel clips. You can actually end up breaking the plastic before the clips let go, so be careful.

Oof. Sounds like a nightmare.
There's definitely a screw under the exposed cupholder, but that only seems to free the cupholder itself. There are two screws inside the storage compartment but those don't seem to free up a whole lot other than the liner piece.
I guess that is what you mean by the felt floor? I haven't pulled too hard on anything just yet for fear of breaking something.
