2005 CLK 500
how to get rid of low coolant warning

can someone tell me how to get rid of the low coolant warning light that keeps popping up on my dash?
I changed my rad and ever since its been coming up.
the coolant level if full.

Try remove the sensor and clean out the build up residue. It work for me when I have the same issue 10 yrs ago with my Slk 230.

Also make sure that you don't have a problem in the wiring harness. It's wired in series with the windshield washer fluid pump. If it is unplugged, you get the low coolant error (I know, this doesn't make sense, but it's just some sort of electrical anomaly in the system).

Mine did the exact same thing when I changed the radiator. Turns out it was due to air being trapped in the system. I just squeezed the lower hose with the cap off to release the air, topped off the fluid, and the problem went away.
