Remove side marker

I have a malfunction of side marker lamp.
I have the bulb but I am not sure how to remove the side marker cover. Do I pull it out from the front or from the back? Any help is appreciated.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
Use a plastic tool and press on the front of the marker to move it toward the rear of the vehicle, while prying outward until it pops loose. Once you get it out, you'll see the rear of the marker is a plastic "spring clip" and the front has two tabs that snap into the opening.

If you live in a hot climate, be very careful. The housing crack very easy if you pry it out.

Bulb replaced. Thanks.

The connection looked a bit rusted, maybe I will have issues later.

Also, I tested the bulb before putting back the cover and I noticed the bulb got hot quickly. Is this normal?

Yes - it gets very hot. It often melts the plastic socket.
