RH door latch problem
Most of the time I have to hit door just under latch mechanism with my fist to get the door to stay shut. If I don't it will just bounce open. Occasionally it will pop open as I'm driving down the road. Charles H

Sounds like it's time to replace it! IIRC, the part is in the $250 range and the job is not too difficult. I know some here (or maybe on the W203 or W209 forum on benzworld) just did this.
