Have you tried to sign up for free access to EPC? It's online, so it should be platform-independent.

http://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/

It does require a credit card to sign-up for EPC access, but it's free - they don't charge anything.

Thanks Rodney.

I see they ask also the payment plan ( day/week/month..) and values. Are you sure they won't charge me? What plan should I chose?

You should be able to sign up for just the EPC for free, but there have been some people saying it doesn't work anymore unless you first sign-up for a Startek account (I guess the minimum one day should work). I just checked and see that they still claim EPC online does not work for Mac - I assume it wants to download some ActiveX content or something. My advice would be to get a VMware version of it to run locally. Some of the Chinese hacked SDS systems use a VHD to run. I assume you can run VMware Player on a Mac? Sorry, I don't know much about Mac as all of my computer experience has been with PCs.
