Replacing speaker grill cover on 2006 CLK320 drivers door
I put a hole in the drivers side speaker cover (rear of the driver's door). How do you remove the broken speaker grill and install a new one? The car is a 2006 CLK 320 convertible. If you can direct me to a picture showing the installation that would be great. Thanks.

I am fairly certain you will have to remove the door panel and attach it from the back. It's not difficult if you are familiar with interior trim work. I think there is a DIY here on the forum. If you need the grille, you can find it on parts.com (#12 on the diagram):

I am fairly certain you will have to remove the panel, but even so, it's not a big deal. If you are going to buy the speaker cover, you might also want to buy a handful of the plastic door panel clips as sometimes the break.

Just curious, are these clips specific to door panels?

No, all modern MBZs used the same clips. You might even find suitable generic clips that will work at an auto parts store, but if you're already ordering the grille, you might as well add in a handful of clips - they are fairly inexpensive.
