Who has Spacers on a CLK 550 with stock 18" AMG rims?

Tried to get info from wheel sticky but no luck. I'm looking to widen the stance on my 08 CLK 550 with stock 18" AMG wheels (staggered 255's rear and 225's front). Anyone know what are the thickest wheel spacers to fit without rubbing. Would like to stay with H&R or Ichiba hub centric.

what do use use, thickeness and do they rub?

Please let me know.

Just go measure how much farther out you want to bring them while they are mounted on your car. I can't speak to rubbing issues though, sorry.

I currently have 15mm on my rear stock wheels. It does bring the wheel out a bit but I would go with 20-25 mm and 15 in front to get a pretty decent stance. That being said, when someone sits in the back and I hit a decent sized bump there is rubbing! And that's with 15mm spacers. I plan on getting the fenders rolled after I get the 20 mm tho

Do you currently have spacers on the front? I looked at the rear fender lip, it seems to come rolled already from the factory......not a typical lip for sure.

H&R spacers on 08 CLK 550

Hello all,
So I finally installed H&R 15mm rear and 10mm front spacers on my CLK. The wider stance is a beauty. I had the rear fender lips rolled a bit though. If you're in the Ottawa Canada area and need your fenders rolled, get Simon at Trackwerks to do them. He's absolutely awesome. He takes his time to heat the metal properly in order to roll those babies.
