Rear annoying squeaks noise after new suspension upgrade
Recently installed a new set of HR sway bars (front and rear), Bilstein B12 suspension and new set of 19" AMG rep wheels for my 05 CLK320. It also completed the four wheels alignment after the suspension upgrade. Some squeaks noise from the rear suspension when driving slow. It only happened when the weather is dry, no squeaks sound on rainy day or after the car wash. Rear sway bar bushings, end links and camber arms are fully lubricating with silicone lube. Any thoughts can fix this freaking annoying squeaks & clunks noise??

If you are sure you've lubricated the bushings thoroughly with a lube designed for this purpose, in other words, it won't wash out, then I would check the sway bar end links. The fact that it makes no noise in the rain makes me think you should go back and re-grease the bushings. It is a hassle but the rain is clearly lubricating something and I'd check the easy stuff first. Otherwise, you may have to loosen the attaching bolts for the shocks/struts, load the suspension, and then retorque the bolts/nuts.
