Customer Satisfaction?
I've owned a 2001 CLK320A a bit over 2 years now and have never been called by the dealer and/or MB/NA after delivery and /or a service visit.
Perhaps I'm spoiled....my prior car was a BMW and the dealer and BMW-NA always called concerning delivery or service visits.
Is this the norm...or the reason that MB customer satisifaction has fallen to less than most than Ford and GM products (i.e. J.D. Power surrvey)
However, the good news is that MB ranks above the mid-point of Chrysler products in the survey?

You should have received a satisfaction survey from MBNA within 30 days after taking delivery of your new car.
I do get calls from a customer service rep after my service visits from either of the two MB dealers I use.
You can call MB and ask them why you're not receiving the attention you should be.
