Headlight bulb blew out
My passenger side low beam bulb blew out. I was wondering if I could slap in some H7 HIDs kit I have laying around if it would work ? Or just go buy new halogen bulbs :-/

Personally, I would not put HIDs in the CLK's reflector headlights. You'll get too much light scatter and blind oncoming drivers. If you want HID, get projector beam headlights. And if you do you an HID kit, you need one designed specifically for MBZ so that it properly fools the SAM into seeing a 55w halogen bulb - otherwise you get flickering and errors. My advice - go buy a pair of good halogen bulbs and replace them. And yes, replace both sides. Otherwise, you'll have uneven lighting, and a trip to the store in a week or so to replace the other side.
