Bubbles on Raido

I just got back from a 3 week vacation. During my vacation I had to leave my CLK outside so before I left I decided to get the Mercedes car cover from the dealer. When I went to go check on it after i got back the radio had formed bubbles on it.

IMO the car cover caused the bubbling. Could this be true?

Has anyone had this problem? if so can it be fixed? or does have to be replaced?

Mine has a bubble in one corner that is slowly growing larger. The car is garaged during the day except when in use and has no cover. I'd guess the problem is related to heat and that replacing the radio is the easiest cure.
