Hi all

I have managed to get my headlight washers working today
Bought a pump from e-bay for £14 and replaced the old one and all is working again

To get access to the pump I had to remove a small plastic panel in the wheel arch at the front of the wheel, held by 3 10mm bolts and 4 plastic rivets.
From there it is just a matter of pulling the pump up and out of its rubber seal, disconnecting the electrical connection and swapping the pump over.

All done in 40 minutes

 

Great! And isn't it a good feeling to fix it yourself and know you save over $100 in dealer charges?
