Installing a steering wheels with paddle shift

Hi all. I'd like to know if is possible to install a steering wheel with paddle shift in a non paddle shift car? My car is a CLK 500 2004 which didn't come with paddle shift so Im not sure if it will works. What about the air bag and others function. Will they work fine?

I'd like to install this one:

You can definitely add the steering wheel but the paddles wont work unless you get a new clock spring to hook up the paddle control module to.
I am put the wheel and paddles in but need to figure out what part number clock spring works for my car. 05 w209 clk320. Any help appreciated.
