CLK 320
Unhappy Incorrect time?? HELP!

Hi all.
Car is a 2005 CLK320 with Nav.
Well about a year ago, for some reason the analog clock started ticking and the minute hand wouldnt move forward. After me banging on the dash, it finally started moving. The problem is, the time is now incorrect. It's off totally.
I'm in the Eastern Time zone, and I have to keep it on Atlantic, Daylight savings, and the clock is still 15 minutes slow.
The analog is totally incorrect, doesn't. Problem is, I can't seem to manually set it myself.
For someone who is perpetually late, having my clock 15 minutes behind doesnt help! ha!
Im getting close to cracking the plastic and moving it by hand.
ANY suggestions????

NO LONGER ACTIVE
My guess is that the clock has mechanically failed. Something you might try is removing the cluster, removing the lens, then plugging it back in and letting it settle on a time (with COMAND set properly) then gently force the hands on the clock to the right time.
