condensation in passenger headlight

i dont know if its due to the inclement weather in NY but my headlight has water inside it .. that turned into ice and it wont melt at all ... any alternative to get rid of this? or i have to purchase a new headlight? ... first time ever seeing any condensation

Tried the hairdryer? Make sure its on intermittent low/gentle setting or high heat may crack the sucker. Has happenned to me before, and I live in the NYC area too. It's best if you remove the bulb and also heat from the inside rather than rely only on the outside of the lens.

Moisture in the headlights is a common problem. Remove one of the rear bulb covers and then heat gently with a hairdryer.

nah i have not tried it but will do .. saves me from purchasing new headlights lol thanks

really u taught me sumthing new lol thanks im heat with caution low setting and moderate it until it melts
