I was able to get the ballast and bulb out but now I cant for the life of me figure out how to get the bulb out of the ballast. I have tried twisting pulling everything I can think of but it wont move. Also, I bought 5k D2sPhillips 35 watt bulbs but I noticed the ballast says Ds1. Will the D2s work? any advice will be appreciated! Thanks!

 

I would suggest putting back the bulb in the projector and then twits the igniter to separate them from each other
