2006 Mercedes clk convertible water ntrusion
Need help determine what to do, car cranks sometimes, engine runs but not at accelerated speeds, transmission does not shift correctly. Can anyone lelp in this dark day?

What? Your title is about water intrusion, which I figured meant your top leaks, but your post is about some engine problem. If this is the result of some sort of water intrusion, I think a few more details are in order.

Yeah, the title vs. thread text are confusing. But this sounds like the transmission is in limp more. You need to get it diagnosed with SDS or other suitable tool that can read MBZ transmission codes.
