Comand NTG-2 & Black Series Cluster Retrofit to W209 Pre-facelift

The black series cluster retrofit was also easy. First I match the khm from the old cluster to the new and after I connect it to the car a friend of mine make the coding. The fuel gauge works just fine after we select the right tank. The only problem I have is that the needle of the tacho is reading more speed khm and the digital tacho less. Only the cruise control reads the correct speed. For examble when the real speed is 100khm/h, the tacho reads 110khm/h and the digital reads 55khm/h, just the half.
All the other readings are working fine from the oil temp to lap timer and the oil level sensor.
Please if anyone have any idea who to fix that problems it will be very helpfull.

The interior of the car has change and is very nice.

My car hasn't bose amp but I but the bose amp from W208 who has not optical fabric and it is very powerfull. The only thing that you have to do is to find one with the connector on it with some cm of wire, drive 8 wires from the ntg2 speaker output to the bose input at the trank and 8 more wires from the amp output to the back of the command which will be connected to the connector of the OEM speakers. Also you will need one more wire for the remote power of the amp which will be taken from the 12V switched antenna pin. The power for the amp will be taken from the back sam. It has 40amp fuse. All this must be done if you have not bose amp. If you have it is more easy because you will use the existing bose wiring harness. All this info I have taken from threads in this forum. The only thing you have to do is some search and you will find everything you want. If you need some info you can pm me.
