AC Blower Fan Stops and Starts
My wife's 2006 CLK 350 Cabriolet has 22,000 miles on it and has had an A/C issue for awhile now. Whenever we turn on the ac, after about 5 mintues (and it's a random timie) the blower motor turns off. Then a short time later (2-5 minutes) it will just come back on. THe air is still cold and I can smell the freon/compressor in the air for the first few seconds it's back on, so I know it's not the compressor. It's a fan.
Anyone heard of this before? Suggestions? Thanks!

2008 CLK 550 Cabriolet
My wife's CLK350 had this problem. I have replaced the blower motor and so far, so good. The regulator Rodney refers to is sold as a separate part, the old one has to be transferred to the new blower motor assembly if you will be re-using it. Fingers crossed that this part is not the actual problem...

Damn, not good. I can only imagine it would be your a/c Cluster at this point.
The lights not stopping the blinking are because a flap actuator or lever arent working properly. Ive been trying to diagnose myself but will be taking it in to someone with SDS to see what error codes i pull...
