removing side skirts

2004 CLK 320
removing side skirts

does anyone know how to take the sideskirts off the car? what steps to take any tools needed etc.. thanks any info is appreciated

NO LONGER ACTIVE
There are plastic retainers holding it in place. Some are on the ends at the fenders and there are 6 or 8 underneath. You will also have to remove the door sill trim (it's just snapped in place with retainer clips) as it sits under that trim.
