Suspension / 35mm Offset. Noise ?

Suspension / 35mm Offset. Noise ?
I purchased rims a bit ago and just recently hit a pot hole, I started getting a weird clicking sound from my wheels when i turned at higher speeds and noticed this... should my rims be so close to my (stock) Shocks considering they are the 35mm as suggested?
- are these supposed to be so tight?
- im working on buying Bilstein HD Sports from a member and dropping. Considering the stock have the groove at the wheel bend. Will the new one act the same? It seems the Billsteins are straight.
- Has anyone come across this issue ?
- IF you have, will i need to add some spacers? If so what type is best and how large do i need to go in mm?

heck no! your wheels should never hit your suspension! whats the offset on these wheels? if its the front wheel your offset should be +32 - at least that's what my clk55 calls for

actually it says between 36-37 is the offset for OEM Benz wheels -- http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/inf.../mercedes-benz

I know!
I purchased from power wheels pro and they said they where 35mm. Offset. :/ Ill try and see if a 5mm or 10mm spacer will.
