Hi Everyone,

Bought this car with 61K on it in July 2014. I have an intermittent problem with the A/C in that it stops blowing cool air and blows 'unconditioned' air. At the same time, the Coolant symbol appears in the messages section of the dash. I thought this might occur because I had the A/C on with the top down in Key West. It went away after some time (an hour?) and the AC funtioned properly again. This has happened probably four times in a week and a half, always fixing itself.

Yesterday, the issue occured again but with the top up and after about 30 minutes of AC operation (on my way home from work in Orlando, FL).

I watched the engine coolant gauge and it was normal. It even went down a 'notch or bar' during the time the Coolant symbol message was visible and the AC was not cooling.

No warranty on the vehicle and I really don't want to take my 'new' car to the shop much less a dealer, just yet. I did search the forums but couldn't find anything that matched my issue.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
